Exhibits are numbered, indexed, and cross-referenced to the underlying production so a document can be located under pressure. Late substitutions and renumbering are expected rather than exceptional, and the workflow is built to absorb them. Bench books and witness sets are generated from the same master as the primary sets, so a late substitution updates every copy rather than three of five.
3D Printed Exhibits and Physical Models
We also produce 3D printed exhibits and physical models for trial, printed from the CAD and print files your expert, engineer, or animation vendor supplies. We do not build the model for you, which keeps your expert’s work and their testimony about it intact. Typical applications include accident reconstruction model exhibits for personal injury and transportation matters, product liability exemplar models and failed-component reproductions, patent and device comparison models, anatomical model trial exhibits for medical malpractice, and structural or site models for construction and premises cases. A printed object does something a printed board cannot. It goes back to the jury room, where exhibits are handled rather than viewed from a distance, and it gives a witness something concrete to demonstrate with from the stand. We advise on scale, material, and finish so the printed result reads clearly from the jury box as well as in the hand, and we produce duplicates where opposing counsel or the court requires a copy.
Binders, Blowbacks and Pretrial Production
Pretrial preparation runs on paper more than most people expect. We produce deposition and witness binders, blowback printing in black and white, color, and oversize formats, litigation copying, custom tabs and labels, and binding in GBC, Velobind, spiral, and coil. Bates labeling and endorsement, OCR for searchable sets, and native file conversion keep the hardcopy and electronic versions aligned, so what counsel holds matches what is loaded on the platform.
