Most eDiscovery providers are built around large corporate engagements and price accordingly, which is why a twenty-gigabyte matter at a four-attorney firm gets quoted as though it were a merger review. We are a family-run boutique and take matters at the size they come. Clients moving to Pro-Legal typically reduce eDiscovery costs by 20 to 30 percent measured against their prior vendor invoices. We will also tell you when a matter does not need a review platform at all. A few thousand documents is often better handled as a straight production than as hosted review, and a vendor whose revenue depends on hosting will rarely say so.
